Hi Everyone, we are aware of this issue and can assure you this wasn't an intentional change. As many of you have already reported, the issue is specifically with the "View Seats" feature during the booking process. In these cases, we're incorrectly showing available Exit Row seats as "Occupied" (gray) instead of "Premium" (blue). Once flights are selected and you're signed in as a Gold or Platinum member, the seat map should reflect available Exit Row seats correctly.
We will get this addressed, and it is a priority. That said, we don't yet have a timeframe for when that will be. Sorry for the inconvenience.
