Nicely renovated rooms at the Renaissance Suites...this will be my choice of hotels when I come to Charlotte. Yes there is a CL...I went up to get a bottle of water at aroud 4pm and it is closed and you just use your key to enter...I am not a CL person so did not go up later when it opened.
This is a nice hotel, but is in the middle of nowhere it seems. It is located where the old Hornets b-ball arena used to be, is tough to find and I think there is maybe one place to eat within walking distance...a sports bar if I recall correctly. But yes, a nice hotel.
