Unfortunately the BF menu's posted won't do you much good. As for meals served in coach on TATL flights for dinner, you'll generally get a choice of 'chicken or beef' served on one tray that also has a roll, veggies, rice or potato and a salad and desert. For breakfast they will come around with a tray with fruit, yogurt and rolls. For flights back to the US you'll get a meal similar to what is served for dinner an then about 90 minutes prior to landing you'll get a snack -- which can be a pizza, sandwich etc. Beverages include the usual complimentary coffee, tea, soft drinks, water as well as beer, wine & liquor costing $5 each/ or a CO beverage cert. To be honest, I do not find the food that bad and sometimes actually quite tasty You can always order a special meal, but as I've never done that--I'm not quite sure how good or bad they can be. If you want to make sure you'll like what you eat-- just pick up something in the airport prior to boarding. There are lots of choices.
