I tried Ssambap early last month on ICN-BKK. I really enjoyed it. Refreshing compared to other in-flight food (I am Korean)... and actually liked it better than bibimbap (bibimbap is my favorite food).

Western choices on OZ or KE are not as good (certainly better than what UA offers in business) and I almost always choose a Korean choice (once in a while I'd choose a steak).

Ah, all of above was in C class.

F on NRT-ICN, I enjoyed Kyo-Kaiseki (a traditional Japanese meal). Certainly NH has it better, but this is better than SQ's kyo-kaisei in F (NRT-SIN).
