Oh, gee, I don't know, I just booked three standard BusinessFirst award tickets from NY to Barcelona, via CDG connecting to AF, for the middle of August. On the same flights. Lots of choices available actually. I even see three more BF reward seats on both of the transatlantic segments we're already booked on. And I even could have gotten all 3 on a nonstop EWR-BCN in at least one direction but the CDG connection was more convenient date-wise.
