If Mr.J and I do make it to the DO, we would be delighted if anyone would like to join us for a Nockerln tasting (possibly at Stiftskeller St. Peter, the oldest restaurant in Central Europe and located in the basement of the Salzburg basilica).
I make this at home...it's actually fairly easy! ^
