Last 2 flights of the day from ATL-PHX does not have a meal service in First Class. Did I mention that ATL-PHX is 4+ hours long? I was told it has been replaced by the snacks for purchase program. This was confirmed both by corporate care and customer service. The PHX-ATL redeye flight also does not have a meal service nor snack basket service.
Do you really miss those meals?
Dried up chicken and that pasta tube filled with cheese along with some overcooked squash.
Come on, people. It's not like they're serving anything gourmet. I'll gladly pay and expense the food for snacks for purchase program.
