I stay at the Vermont Ave (Thomas Circle) property about 150-175 nights a year. There are NO 2-bedroom, but a number of 1-bedroom. Don't know what the chances of an UG would be.

There is a 24-hour CVS next door. You are a 10 minute stroll to the White House, 5 minutes to METRO.

I prefer it as you walk to lots of places, about 15 minutes to the Washington Monument or use METRO with ease.

FYI - the staff is great.
