Add DCA, MSP, ORD, MDW and ATL to the list of cities that have great, cheap options. Also note that all of those are rail-based, and none of them are dedicated to the airport transfer. I agree that $15 is high, but the busses from NYC to EWR are about the same, IIRC. And the $15 is the same as the list price for EWR to NYP on NJ Transit, though one can save a couple bucks with the NWK trick. Of course it would be better if it were cheaper, but I'd still consider this a pretty decent upgrade in service and a reasonable enough fare. Will they be using nicer busses or a regular city bus? That may be the deal-breaker at that fare.
