Reward stay unavailable
I just tried to book a reward stay for 2 nights in October (Gold status, 100K+points). The hotel has superior rooms (which seems to be the lowest class) available and when booking online, the availability calendar indicates the days are available. When I try to complete the transaction, it says that there is an error and the requested rooms are not available and to pick another date, but this day was available to begin with! I have tested many dates and they all had the same error message. When I tested booking another Conrad property, I did not receive this error. Has anyone received this problem before or is there something going on that's specific to the Conrad Hong Kong? Many thanks.
