If you booked your seats when you made the reservation it is likely your seat assignments where removed when the EML kicked in because you didn't purchase the EML product. I appologise for the mess up. What likely happened what your assignments where removed when the EML kicked in, the older ladies where assigned your seats when they checked in, and you where assigned seats in the EML section because those where the only seats available.
