I have a question regarding this fuel surcharge fee on award travel. I booked (several months ago) a Business class ticket on NH using United miles. I paid my ticketing fees, but was never required to pay a fuel surcharge fee. Am I going to be unknowingly stuck with this, or did I luck out by using United miles?
