Ran outside today as it was fairly nice and did one of my usual 1.2 mile reservoir loops. I just went out and ran as I felt. To my surprise after running 4 loops, or 4.8 miles, I was at 33:12 or 6:54/mile pace! Unbelievable! These speed workouts, and particularly the treadmill stuff, is really making me faster. I didn't even feel like it was that fast.
