Interesting take on the situation vis-a-vis reasons for closing SCL domicile. Personally, I felt it was a matter of time for them once they assigned the language position to MIA, something that was officially attributed to the lack of qualified persons in domicile. I wasn't aware of the outstanding transfers on file.
