That huge customer service island where the latin gates are I have NEVER, EVER seeen manned.

No chance to access internet other than that lousy $1 a minute upright monster in RCC that breaks down more often than it works.

I love the signs I saw there a few weeks ago going downstairs: "United Charter Flights To CUBA". Wonder if you get miles on those or can book if you are not a non-Cuban background US Citizen?

AA "own" MIA of course so will fight it out to the death, so there would be some great fares. Selfishly, I'd love to re-visit Panama or Trindiad, and Lima etc.
