B/E claims CO order for 787

Forgive me if this has been mentioned before:

B/E gets the Dream deal

I assume they're claiming to have sold the B/F seats for the 787's, though it doesn't seem to provide details of what has been sold? It mentions "dual class" so does this mean all idea of Premium Economy is lost?
