Any way to look up fare rules with just the fare code?
I got a ticket from a travel agency (Rosenbluth) and know the fare code, but where can I go to find the fare rules for this code?

the code is WKSP208.

I know if I go to any of the travel sites, put in all the travel detail and if the fare is still available I can see the fare rules but what if that fare is not available anymore, is there an easier way?
