I got 10,000 SPG points when I woke up to no water at the Westin Grand in DC, although I did have to ask for them. Granted, the lack of water went on for the entire morning and I (along with most of my team) went to work sans-showers. I was satisfied with the points and would trade a shower for 10,000 SPG points anytime.
