Well, if the crappy FB booking engine would not bug 10 times in a row when I tried to book the ticket all in Y, I would not have to call them.

However, the service over the phone mainly depends on the agent : sometimes I have wonderful service (some may consider this as normal) like the past week, sometimes it is as awful as described in that thread.

This is a good thing indeed, but it can backfire, and the effects will then be worse than expected.

For my next booking, if it involves tw different classes, I will specify that I want the trip split into 2 PNR.

It seems that FB management considers their provided service as a luxury one. How far from the reality : since when agents in the luxury industry are allowed to write publicly (well, in this case, it is on the PNR) comments about their customers?
What they wrote in my PNR clearly means "We have warned you that the ticket will not be issued" !
