The title mostly says it all. I've had more severely delayed flights, canceled flights, lost baggage (a gate checked stroller of all things - still haven't figured out how that happened) and lousy customer service ("sir, we need to wait for a supervisors approval in order to deliver your lost baggage even if you are a 1K"). Is UA getting worse? Is it just me or are there more delays/cancellations due to mechanical problems?
