It is and eventually they agreed, when I got them to speak to their colleague in the Arrivals Lounge. I can only imagine that it was too much trouble for them to find out so they told me the easiest thing, knowing that it was untrue.
Hello Sweets - I actually think that they could not be arsed to look and I am not sure which I think is worse (Oh Dear I've used a bad word - 7 days in Limbo for me!). Stupidity and incompetence is one thing - delibertately lying mmmm not so sure.
