Actually, no need to have the name. When you send the e-mail (Click on "Contact AA" then "Customer Relations" then "e-mail customer relations"on AA.com) they'll ask for some basic flight info. You can then tell them what seat/cabin you were sitting in as part of the text of your e-mail. They are then able to figure out the rest.
