This is how I read it... if he leaves in the month of June and only in the month of June he gets the payout, or if the airline is purchased and he leaves he gets the buyout. I'm rather indifferent, yet I figured this would bring many people joy... either way, June or the buyout, he's gone. Am I reading this incorrectly?
