Frequence Plus Services is over...
... and is now named BlueLink.
According to an article in the French newspaper Les Echos today, Frequence Plus Service (created in 1992) is now called BlueLink.
Main facts of the article :
- BlueLink main objective is customer service
- 80% of turnover (47 M EUR in total) is made with Flying Blue management
- 10% of turnover is made only with AF
- other client are mainly in the airline industry (Skyteam lost bagage service) but also tourism, banking and insurance, luxury and even telco
- target of a 30% increase of activity with other clients than AK/KL within the next 3 years and a targeted 2008 turnover at 51 M EUR
- BlueLink is not for sell
- 400 people in Ivry call center
- 9 other call centers (Lens, Amsterdam, Prague, Toronto, Canberra, Nouméa, Sydney, Delhi)
- 20 languages spoken
- considered as top end call center service (sic!)
