Yeah, the computer only allows for so many characters in the penalty/endorsement box, so everything gets run together these days w/ so many Star Alliance carriers. Taxes are often the same problem, and the fare calculation line becomes too long with 10-15 individual taxes on an around-the-world ticket. And the NONREF part doesn't necessarily mean that the entire ticket is non-refundable. It's meant to steer the agent to look at the rules prior to refunding or exchanging the ticket. It means that a penalty is involved. Sometimes $100; sometimes 10%; sometimes 100%. Or any combination you or I could possibly think of.
