Did 10.9 miles in 1:39 on Sunday, then spinning class today. I discovered Saturday night that I'm out of my normal pre-long run breakfast of Clif Bar so I wasn't sure how it would go. Probably do a short run on the trails or treadmill tomorrow.
MS - do you eat any gels/gu when you do long runs on the treadmill? I had previously set my threshold at 1 hour before refueling with a gel/shots, but I had no problems on Sunday without them.
