This seems to run contrary to what most posters have encountered at this hotel. I'd be curious to know if there might have been other circumstances in play. Was the hotel oversold, was this a last-minute reservation, etc?

My experience here has been somewhat limited, but I've found the staff to be courteous, attentive, and reponsive.
