Fully agreed. I'd also throw in the ops director and whoever was directly in charge for the (Un)Fit for Five programme.
PS: I should point out that this happens just as I was starting to like the guy and to believe that he really cared for improving BA's customer service. That much may be true of course but it's delivering that matters at the end of the day.
