Got a nice 1:30 run in yesterday on the treadmill during basketball. Did the 3/1 routine where you do the first 2/3 at long run pace (8:00 for me) and then the last 1/3 at, or near, race pace (7:30 for me for the half marathon). Finished 11.51 miles in 1:30:00 flat or 7:49/mile pace. Felt good.
Today is day off and tomorrow speedwork.
