I have a similar dilemma except nowhere near as extravagant!

Off for a daytrip to Milan in 3weeks. Need to fly to Linate. Choice is Alitalia or BA as EZ flys only once a day to Linate from LGW. Times to and from Milan are virtually identical, £20 difference in price.

Any advice? Had i booked this before T5 opened, i would have booked with BA without hesitation. But with the T5 fiasco, i can't risk wasting the day at Heathrow being lied to by badly trained staff and am seriously considering AZ (who i've never flown with, but heard are equally as bad).
