Hopefully the last instalment !

Friday was more of the same
- one BAEC operative who refused to contact the Terraces Lounge, nor contact the person who works there and left the message with me
- no sign of the bag in lost property

But my PA, never one to give up, found two BAEC staffers who took it up themselves to follow through ^ ^

But now it gets good: the lady who originally found my bag now has now found my bag a second time! It was originally taken to Flight Connections to be transferred to Lost Property, but whoever works at Flight Connections put it in their safe and left it there. Doh !

And this fine Lounge staff member happens to be in my town tomorrow, and is personally delivering it to me! ^

Now that, ladies and gentlemen, is service. :-::-::-:
