Get rid of:
  • The Shoe Carnival
  • Liquid Idiocy
  • BP/ID checking
  • Many of the items on the "prohibited" list
  • Secret rules
  • HaraSSSSment

Otherwise, you can take your mood lighting and biographies and all the other feel-good crap and shove them up your backside.
