Can't help with their reward programme, but I do know that they have a poor record reliability-wise, both with regards to flight cancellations/delays and with regards to starting new routes and then dropping them after a few weeks. I wouldn't necessarily rely on them for flying on business. They are known as "Fly Maybe" in the industry.
