Anyone with experience of the Flybe scheme ? I have a posting that will involve me doing a lot of flying with them MAN-INV, and would like to gain any benefits that are going.

Currently thinking I should collect their rewardpoints for redemption as straight tickets - I have PriorityPass so should get access in lounge anyway - but could be flying up to every week, so the rewards will add up.....

Any help / advice or tips would be appreciated.
