I can't really compare the two, having never flown KE in C, but I have done some research, as I have a segment coming up (AKL-ICN), and am interested in the subject myself.

The new Prestige seat appears to be extremely comfortable, possibly superior to the NW/KL clamshell design seats, and definitely superior to DL's "old" C seat, which I haven't been in since '05 (so DL might have newer, better seats for all I know).
