FWIW, my two condos are going fee-simple as soon as the association agrees. This action will almost double the value of the condos. (We'll have to actually buy the land, so it's not like my investment will double overnight for nothing).

I've learned much about this leasehold stuff in the last couple of years, and I still don't understand it.
