I would probably vote for the bus, but it kind of depends on your tolerance for sketch. It takes about the same time as the train, and I really don't think it's that much longer than flying once you add in the check-in, security, getting there an hour early, plus delays. And, if you can get $1 fares on BoltBus or MegaBus, I'd be willing to put up with a lot of sketch.
