As for guesting someone in, yeah, just post in that thread and if someone can take advantage of your generosity they'll contact you.
Also, any "official" response you get back from CO will be something along the lines of:
We are always investigating options to add routes where we can generate additional profits for the company and value for the shareholders. We have no comment on specific routes under consideration at this time.
If you get anything better than that you're a better negotiator than most.
