I have mixed feelings about the language they use around the enhancement. For instance, if you're checking bags on an international flight it basically says you should check in and print the BP at the terminal.

What is doesn't mention is that in some airports they hassle you about even getting to the WBC counter if you don't have the Paper Ticket, BP or an itinerary. Lucky for me I'm the type of person who has Itinerary (and fare rules ) at all times. But other travelers were getting held by this, which was slowing things down for all the WBC PAX.
