Hi everyone,

I'm trying to book an F award LHR-YVR(BA) and connect to sameday YVR-LAX on AS.

BA flt arrives in YVR at 18:35 and AS flt to LAX departs at 19:58.

AA says it's a 2 hr MCT, which seems like a lot.

Has anyone here had success in getting a sup. or someone to override the MCT requirement in such cases. IMHO 1.5hrs should be plenty of time to clear immigration for both canada and pre-clear US, especially when in F.

If overriding the MCT is not possible, would it be possible, if I clear immigration early enough, to stand by on that AS flight?
