Well I understand why BMI would want to point out that their operation was running as normal. I would consider anyone that could not tell that it was BA and T5 that was in the poo a complete tw*t. Sadly the BMI statement does come over as a bit smug, but then they know that it is only a matter of time until the issues at T5 are resolved.
