No. On all short-haul routes (other than Scottish and Irish routes and flights to BRU), it is single-class buy-on-board, except for BD's frequent flyers who get their food and drink free.
On mid (MOW, TLV, CAI, ex-Bmed routes) and long-haul (ORD, LAS and Saudi Arabian routes) , they do have a (pretty good) business class product.
