YWG is pretty quick, as is YSB and YXU.
Generally speaking the smaller the airport the faster you will get your bags as the less strained the baggage crews are. Airports like YYC who have limited staff due to labour shortages for their baggage crews make international and long hual routes their priority for departure and therefore you may experience delays in recieving your bags.
