I stand by my origianl statement (and it is 100% correct) Most are done via computer automation, some are done manualy theu "queues" byt the inventory planner.

And as daniel said, if NC/NF space (or whatever waitlist you are looking to be on) is available, there is no need to be cleared, book straight into it provided your upgrade instrument qualifies for that advance clearing time.
