The opening of T5 has been an unmitigated disaster - you have no argument from me there. However, I am surprised how by many are taking the initial problems and glitches to mean that T5 is in itself a disaster . That I do not believe.

Once these issues are resolved I am convinced that the merits of T5 will win over many new fans to BA and travel through Heathrow. I am highly optimistic. ^
