With its stock deep-diving, British Airways has the reputation for being one of the least reliable airlines, not caring for either its passengers nor its frequent flyers.

Taking responsibility in case of BAA meant that the CEO had to step down, for BA there seems to be a different measure.

The buck stops here. Time for a new face at British Airways.

Had Willie Walsh been Japanese, he would have hesitated between handing in his resignation and committing Seppuku (hara-kiri) after writing an apology. In our world, someone should decide for him and it should not be seppuku which is strictly voluntary and a very japanese thing.
