I just called the personal concierge and confirmed they are NOT Circles, due to the CSR.
A surprise for me was the CSR is not allowed disclosing their name of organization... because of FT??

Anyhow, I have asked restaurants suggestions and recommendations in Sydney, Australia. The CSR, he is extremely polite and said he will generate a list of restaurants based on my preferences and send it to me in 24-36hrs. I gave him 72hrs for the research and now I'm just looking forward his reply.

So far, my first impression is "as good as Circles."
More time-critical request may be needed to compare...
