I'd say one possibility was that operation they did to rescue the stranded passengers in the middle of Russia a few years back - a fleet of Airbus going in at no notice to get them out.

Or any time all that has stopped certain disaster has been the professionalism of the crew - whether it be multiple birdstrikes in N America, ash in South-east Asia, engines inexplicably stopping at LHR, planes flying across the Atlantic on 3 engines... etc. etc etc.
