I have read through some posts here, but I am still wondering of following issue. Maybe some of you can answer my question(s).

My girlfriend got her handbag stolen in a restaurant several months ago.

It took between 1 hour and 1hour1/2 for the person to go to a Bank machine (ATM), and take cash out of the machine.

Neither the police, nor the Card issuing company believed my guirlfriend that she did NOT keep the pin code in her handbag.

This happened in Switzerland.

I am sure, that the PIN code is written on the magnetic stripe. I want to prove this to the police, is there any way?

The card issuing company says no, but when you pay with CC's at places where they do not have an active connection, sometime paiments get accepted anyway. This should prove that PIN code is on the card somewhere.
