At Xmas, was flying to JFK from T4 and noticed on the airbridge to the plane that I had left my BA "washbag" with wallet, all CCs and all money, plus misc extras in the T4 Terraces lounge near Gate 1. Despite being last to board (literally), they said they would hold the plane whilst I rushed back to look for it. Was running round like a demented lunatic and someone came up to me and said "Have you lost your wallet ?". A cleaner had found it and handed it in. A belated thanks to her and all the really helpful BA staff on that day !!
